Customer Service Sucks!!!!


I am a co-signer for my graddaughters loan. I recieved numerous calls about repayment-I set up an auto payment plan in October. I started receiving calls again 2 days ago stating that my nov payment has not been paid. I call the 800-4-sallie # put in my info & get transferred to Navient?? I explain to the csvc rep that I called Sallie about my co-signed loan--he then transfers me to the collection department--after sitting on hold for 55 min I was told that my payment did not go thru & to check my statement & get back to them.. After hanging up with them I attempted to sign into the Sallie Mae web site--put in my account info & it tells me that I have the wrong date of birth--so I try again--now it locks my account for wrong info & tells me to call 800-4-sallie to get my password re-set------ssssoooo--I start the call again--put in my account & and get trans to Navient again--explain the problem & get trans to collections--I then attempt to explain I am in the process of fixing the payments but my account was disabled and needed to be reset--he didn't know how to do this--so he transfered me back to csvc--now I'm on hold again for 1 hr & 15 mins--to be transferred back to Navient--explained problem again--transferred back to Sallie Mae csvc--this goes on for another hour of transfering me back & forth--so I finally ask for a supervisor--this supervisor after explaining the problem again tells me she cannot help me she is with Navient not Sallie and needs to transfer me again--I have now been on the phone for 3 hours trying to get my Sallie internet account access again--when I tell them not to put me on hold again and get me to a higher super--I get the quick transfer again.. I finally hung up!!!

Poor rude and un-knowledgeable staff!!
