Sallie Mae is the worst company EVER!! - Sallie Mae Private School Loans

I have been dealing with the same issue since I opened my loan back in Feb. It is now May 30 and my issue still has not been resolved. Every single time I call none of the representatives can answer my questions and precede to transfer me to someone else. One time I managed to talk to over 10 people in one phone call!!!! I am also told every time that my issue will be resolved and that it is not a problem however it has been 4 months and still no progress! The absolute WORST loan company EVER!. On so many levels do I wish I NEVER did business with them. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! Stay away from SALLIE MAE !!!
